First and foremost, we will talk about taking care of YOU. After all, if you don’t take care of you, how do you help those around you? This is something to consider if you think this is a selfish pursuit.

THINGS TO TRY TO DO EVERY DAY
Open the windows
Take a short walk
Take care of your skin (more on that, later)
Sleep 7-8 hours or take a reposa (an afternoon nap)
Send out a handwritten card (not email)
Engage in a hobby
Take care of your feet! They are important to your health. (more on that later, too)
Cook or bake something (even a quick recipe) from FoodandTravelNation.com
